The staff is consistently responsive to all concerns, answering questions clearly and addressing issues promptly. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, which feels increasingly rare in healthcare settings today.

Very professional crew but also very personable! Warm and welcoming... You might want to check the directory by the elevator at the entrance from the parking garage bridge...I couldn't find Suite 2200 or Premier Orthopedics listed - I asked several employees who also couldn't find it on the directory but a gentleman who worked in the patient transport department gave me directions & I found the office quickly ?

My only suggestion is that instructions for mounting, adjusting, and unmounting the leg brace could have been a little slower with opportunity for me to try to make adjustments with some supervision before leaving practice.

The PA, I'll call PA Kimberly M. was so informative, helpful and took time to answer several of my questions. After the xray she was extremely confident in the way my hip was healing and in my recovery. In short I would say she is the gold standard in the ongoing care for patients.

Physician was out of town and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Office was able to schedule me with NP on same day! I am very grateful becuase I needed my injections and was able to ge them without interuption.
