I had the best experience so far among the midwives, which was Kim. She was very encouraging and genuinely seemed passionate about her job. She also arrived on time, which made it less stressful for us.

The entire staff was extremely friendly. Kim took her time to explain as well as answer any questions that I had. I did not feel rushed in any way.

My impression was that my midwife is an advocate and we were collaborating rather than having a one way patient management experience. Thank you, it's empowering and makes pregnancy seem less like an illness and more of a natural part of life.

This was my first visit with Kim. I love how she came in, sat down to talk to me, she listened, and we had a discussion about my care. Not just a clinical conversation, but how I was feeling, etc. I love the recent switch to midwives! They are fantastic :)

This was absolutely the most positive experience I've had at a doctors office in a long time. Kim is amazing. The Rn was excellent and the office staff was so friendly. They could be an example on how to treat people with respect, courtesy and compassion. thank you for a positive experience

Such a friendly environment from welcoming receptionists, kind nurses and informative midwives in a comfortable atmosphere. I transferred care here for my 4th baby and have been nothing but pleased with my care and prompt services available.
