Kirsten M Seger, PT

Kirsten Seger, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist based in Sidney, Ohio, with a strong focus on orthopedic, sports, and general outpatient rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University in 2013 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Cross-Disciplinary Studies at Ohio Dominican University in 2010.

Kirsten provides comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions, including joint pain, sprains and strains, fractures, post-operative recovery, gait and balance dysfunction, and generalized weakness. She also works closely with athletes and active individuals recovering from injuries or surgery involving the knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle. Her treatment approach is centered on individualized care and incorporates evidence-based techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy, cupping, blood flow restriction, gait training, balance training, postural training, and therapeutic exercise.

With a passion rooted in her own experiences with sports injuries, Kirsten is dedicated to helping patients regain strength, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. Her goal is to make a meaningful impact on each patient’s recovery journey through supportive, personalized care.

Outside of the clinic, Kirsten enjoys coaching basketball and staying active. She is also a former half marathon runner who values maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
