The whole staff from front desk to PCP were friendly and efficient, and Kristen is amazing. She took all the time we needed, she is thoughtful and kind, clearly very knowledgeable and professional and cared enough to call me later the same day to follow up on some questions and thoughts about things we discussed. I pray she won't leave for another practice, so take good care of her??

The Providers confused me asking questions two at a time. I felt my problem needed to be Addressed quicker than I don't know. Swallowing is important even if it's a throat infection.

I have fun where ever I go. Kristin's office is no exception. From the reception desk to the exam room I'm comfortable and treated respectfully and professionally. I have never felt like Kristin or her staff rushed me through to get to the next patient. They listen and that helps them help me with a plan of action to take care of what ever issues I'm dealing with. I am extremely happy with the over all care they provide.
