I like Dr. Venkatesh. She was caring and listened to me closely. I have had a male doctor for the past 30 plus years; I find female doctor a refreshing change in my senior years.

This is a great office with a wonderful Doctor & Staff.

Dr Latha Venkatesh and her staff are professional,thorough and courteous. I am confident that she concernly addresses my health care needs and I definitely trust her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Latha Venkatesh continues y provide excellent medical care for us. She thoroughly studies the situation and provides also life-style improvements that we can adopt. She spends time in studying the problem and provides an in-depth analysis of our illnesses. We are lucky to be seen by hurt.

I had a very positive experience during my visit. My PCP took the time to clearly explain different ways to increase my protein intake as a strict vegetarian. Even as a physician myself, I found the information she shared to be practical, insightful, and based on real clinical experience. I truly appreciate the clarity and the personalized guidance she provided.

The staff and technicians were very friendly! The facilities are clean. The testing was completed quickly.

The entire staff is so warm, kind, welcoming and totally professional at all times in all circumstances. They have my full trust and respect. I was prescribed Paxlovid and was shocked when I attempted to get the script filled - it was $1500+ and with copay it was $792. I was disappointed that such a pricey drug was recommended without a warning about the cost or resources to aid. On my own I found https://paxlovid.pfizerpro.com/access-resources/resources? This made it possible to get the drug. It would have been helpful and potentially more likely that the drug would be used if resources for getting it were made available. There are brochures available that explains the program and would be handy at the doctor's office.

Doctor and medical assistant seemed rushed and therefore short or irritated. This is not normal for this office. I was uncomfortable when the MA commented negatively on my medication saying she would never take that with all the side effects. Patients on GLP-1s get a lot of criticism from family and friends. It shouldn't come from their medical providers.

A thoughtful and very deliberate doctor who seem to examine all possible aspects of the problem.
