Laura is such a friendly doctor, who you can tell cares. I love getting to go to a doctor who is easy to talk to! It is hard to talk about medical things sometimes but she helps guide you through everything.

I had a whole list of things to go over and Laura always listens to what I have to say. After each thing she'd ask "what else?" Instead of trying to end the appointment to get out of there.

The only thing that bothers me is the doctor mentioned in the notes at my chart that she discussed my weight with me which never happened. She also mentioned in the note in my last visit which did not happen either. I don't feel trust if provider lied. I would not mind if she talked to me about it.

I can't believe the care at South Dayton. From the swift intake (I waited maybe 5 minutes), to the kind nurse who started things off, through to Laura herself, who was warm, attentive, and informative. Thank you for caring about your patients' experience, it makes a world of difference.

Laura Kramer PAC is the BEST clinician my family has ever experienced. She makes it fee like you're being seen by a close friend instead of a sterile physician who doesn't have time to take your concerns seriously. She listens, asks probing questions, gives recommendations that involve both medicinal or non-medicinal options when possible. I greatly appreciate how she lays out all the information and then asks which option/route I'd prefer to take- this makes me feel like I'm in control of my own health and not at the mercy of my provider. I appreciate that she's so ready to support her patients no matter which route they choose and she doesn't seem biased etc. She's the reason my family continues to utilize South Dayton Family Physicians and we truly appreciate her!
