I was able to get an appointment as soon as I needed but my doctor facilitated getting the appointment. Also, because of a cancellation I was able to get my follow up appointment the next day. If not for that I would not have been able to get in until July 30th! I feel very blessed.

Staff was all very nice and thorough.

It went very well, Dr. Sillaman explained everything very well, she and the young lady with her made me feel very comfortable, gave me choices, listened well and gave instructions on what to do or change from doing and I left feeling like I had been referred to the right Dr. and looking forward to positive results!

I did not have an office visit. I was scheduled for a video visit with Dr. Sillaman. We ended up having a phone call and I absolutely appreciate the convenience of being able to do this instead of having to come to the office for my yearly prescription refill. Dr. Sillaman was very professional, thorough and helpful with getting my prescription changed to something better. I appreciate the time and effort spent with me. I would definitely recommend Lifestages to my friends and family.

I have seen 2 different people since my first appointment. 1 at miami valley north and 1 at miami valley south. It seems like it is harder to get in at miami valley north but that is closer for me. I prefer to go to north as I am older and don't like to drive the traffic on interstate as much. I can a take 48 to north and not have to take interstate but if I have to go to south, I will. My experience at both places was very pleasant

I asked to wait in the office instead of the waiting room because of competing noises in your waiting room. Music overhead and the wall TV volume was up. Too much. I've noticed this before. Not a very calming space.

As usual, my experience with your office was top notch, my biggest complaint-as part of my work up, blood pressure taken, etc. I could not stand on the scale because of mobility issues, but told the nurse I had been weighed in my neurologist's office & had lost some weight (due to Mounjaro etc) but my weight was erroneously reported 10 lbs heavier (which affects BMI). If this is the worst complaint you receive you are doing well, but it did bother me so I decided to share!

Written instructions were wrong and most of the people didn't know where I was supposed to go. Finally a nurse found out and took me to Hilltop Gynecology on the first floor.
