Dr. Kaufman is an amazing doctor, but it is too hard to get an appointment. I'm beginning to feel like a number instead of a patient. There have been multiple times I've heard the team say how they're just trying to keep their heads above water. That makes me feel like a burden which isn't how I want to feel as a patient.

Dr. Kaufman is amazing. She is trauma informed, remembers me (I never have to repeat my history) and walks me through everything each time. She also often goes above and beyond what she has to do.

I was able to get in on a cancellation. Otherwise my appointment would have been 8 weeks from when I called.

Excellent care from Dr. Kaufman! Very much appreciate her care and expertise. However, when given my discharge instructions, it had an order for a mammogram and breast ultrasound. But, it did not give me information or a contact to schedule it. I was told it would also be in MyChart. I checked and it is not there. I'll have to call the office. But, it is very inconvenient not to leave with that information, especially when I asked for it. You can never directly call and speak with someone to get quick information, and the nurse line can be slow to call back (and I might not be able to answer my phone when they call as I am not a job where I can just carry my phone and answer calls).

Dr.Kaufman never disappoints. She's the best and I've gone to her for years. I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Kaufman is a wonderful doctor. Full of compassion, she listens to all of my concerns, she has always answered all of my questions, and she makes sure that I am comfortable with the information provided.

Dr Kaufman is one of the best obgyns and was very caring, listened and acted to help me with perimenopause symptoms and polyps I was dealing with. I would recommend her to any woman looking for a new obgyn.

I've had to switch providers 3 times in the last several years. One time was for moving and another time was for the practice closing. I searched for a new provider only to feel very uncomfortable in one I'd chosen. I reached out to my insurance for referrals and they gave me the referral to this practice. Walking in, I immediately felt at ease. The front staff were so nice and efficient. There was genuine pleasantness. My new patient assessment was thorough but not hurried. The person doing it was very easy going. Dr. Kaufman was very warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. She explained the recommended well check timeframes to me too. I didn't feel embarrassed or uncomfortable at all. Thank you so much for everything.

I only had to wait in the waiting room for about 5 minutes before the nurse called me back to the examining room. I only had to wait for the provider for 15 minutes in the examining room.

Would like to be able to get in for an ultrasound sooner, but I understand there are limited spots available. Overall a very good experience with the office, provider and staff as a first time patient there. I felt Dr. Kaufman took her time to understand my concerns and addressed them all appropriately for the first visit.

Dr Kaufman is a great provider to have on your care team! I don't have to see her often but appreciate her greatly.

Love Dr Kaufman! Very personable, professional and thorough. She discovered a misprint with my dexa scan from April regarding Osteoporosis versus osteopenia and had the correction made to my chart the same day. I felt relieved that the lesser of severity was the diagnosis.

This is the first time in the 25+ years that I have been seeing an OBGYN where I feel respected, valued, and like the health care provider (any of them in the office) takes my concerns and questions seriously without judgement or dismissal. I have been referring every friend and family member I can to this office, because unfortunately for many women their experiences with some medical providers regarding their reproductive health has been terrible. That has never been my experience here, and after every visit or even following my surgery I knew I could call, or message through MyChart, and have a response within 24 hours with explicit instruction or care planned. Thank you to all staff and medical professionals in this office!

Staff was kind and quick! It was the fastest appointment I have ever had. And that's not necessarily a good thing. As a new patient, I felt that Dr. Kaufman did not spend enough time with me.
