This doctor is condescending and did not tell me about a follow up for my broken big toe. I can't walk on my left foot. No answers from this provider. Terrible service.

My first visit with Dr. Leo Lasala to establish the PCP care, he is very patient, thorough, he must have reviewed my medical history before walked in the room, had knowledge with my medical history already. He covered the entire base of my health issues, I am so happy that I was able to find a PCP like him.

The staff and doctors are always a pleasure.

The only complaint I have is that the lab tech was off sick. There should be a back up in place if the happens again.

All good at the facility but not so good with trying to check in online. Tried several times to check in online but after filling out the payment portion the sight would not give you the 'next' option. It appeared to me that unless you agreed to have your payment information kept on file you could not complete the online check in. I do not want you to have on file my payment info. This caused a waste of my time and added time by your staff to check in at the facility.

I would like more information on my future with severe neuropathy

I was sad to hear that this office no longer gives a discount for self pay, when you are paying the balance in full at time of visit. Mostly because there was no previous notice of this change and it was left up to the receptionist to share the update. That really puts them in a bad position and isn't a good business practice. Not to mention it was a very nice perk for those of us who are self pay. I highly recommend revisiting that policy, and or sending out a notice of the change.
