I don't feel like I was heard. I was referred to another place to get labs drawn when I could just go to compunet. I do not feel like I was heard or listen to. My needs were not met at all.

I have seen Lisa for many many years and used to always feel she took a good amount of time with me, really listening to my concerns and helping me have a healthy life in the area of women's health. The last two visits though, I do not feel this way any longer; each time she is in and out, spending less than five minutes in the room and always seems rushed to move on, I did not even receive a pelvic exam on this yearly visit. Unless criteria has changed, I find this concerning. I will probably ask to see a new provider for future visits. She is still a very nice woman, I just feel she may be over scheduled and unable to give me the time I need to feel seen and heard.

I only see Lisa once a year and every time I feel seen, heard, and cared for. Truly glad I found her and appreciate her approach to patient care!

The office staff and the visit was all good. The only problem was that I really didn't need to go in. I didn't realize after a hysterectomy, you don't need any other gynecological visits. When I called to make the appt a couple of months ago, I spoke about the hysterectomy with the person helping me at that time. We still ended up scheduling an appt. My suggestion would be just to communicate to the office staff when there are definite reasons one would not need to be worried about making an appt.

Lisa always listens and makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered.

Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

I scheduled appointment and PA Lisa Mix came into room no exam just said I can't help you. Directed me to go to provider regarding HRT therapy. She never asked any questions or exam to determine cause of the spotting. I asked if HRT again she said nothing she can do. Im not clear why nothing was examined or additional questions asked to determine if any other cause of spotting symptoms. I spoke longer to nurse who checked me in. I received no real care or discussion concerning if something else causing problem. I showed up to get weight and blood pressure. No questions of history or concerns. Very displeased with lack of care during appointment.

Excellent in all areas

Lisa was excellent! Was able to answer a lot of my questions and start me on the right path. Will definitely see her again!

I went in for a lump in my breast. The nurse was very kind and listened and asked questions. The doctor was nice, but didn't even ask or feel the spot I came in for. She just ordered an ultrasound and said it was probably nothing.

I'm an older woman and it means a lot to me that I have a provider that has first hand experience of what I'm going through

Everyone at the office is so nice. Lisa Mix is great. I was there for a yearly check-up, no problems. She still took the time to sit and talk to me for a bit. Was thorough with my check up, didn't rush me at all.

I was impressed across the board. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and clearly invested in my health as an individual. The professionalism and knowledge was great, but it was the attitude and, for lack of a better word, vibe of the place and people that really set it apart. Excited about my treatment plan and to have found such a great provider.
