She was extremely thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and symptoms without making me feel rushed. She asked thoughtful questions to better understand what I was experiencing and provided clear, detailed explanations throughout the visit. Lisa developed a comprehensive plan of care and made sure I understood the next steps. She provided valuable education regarding the antibiotic that was prescribed, including what to expect, potential side effects, and signs and symptoms that would require follow-up. She also discussed adjustments to one of my medications and explained the reasoning behind lowering the dose, ensuring I felt comfortable with the plan. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient she was throughout the appointment. Lisa created an environment where I felt heard, respected, and involved in my healthcare decisions. I left the visit with a clear understanding of my treatment plan and confidence in how to manage my symptoms moving forward. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for her patients are truly appreciated.

I just switched from Miami Valley North office to Brookville office. Saw Lisa Wise for the first time. She is very caring, listened intently to my problem and explained what needed done next to find the answer to correct my problem.

I came into my visit yesterday with little hope I would find answers or long term treatment plans for a newly diagnosed condition. Lisa spoke to me like a person and not just a patient. She helped me understand that while it's a lifetime diagnosis it can be managed and possibly managed without the long term need for medication. She referred me to a specialist to get more information so we can make a better plan to manage the symptoms. I left with more hope than I have had in months. I felt heard and seen and did not leave feeling like I was wasting anyone's time for asking for help to feel my best. I was nervous about changing providers but I'm really happy with my choice and I have renewed hope that I will get back to feeling like my normal healthy self. Thank you.

Going to see Lisa Wise was a weight off my shoulders. I'm so mad it took me so long to switch providers. I finally found someone who listens to you. I didn't feel ignored or like I was just another number. I'm almost afraid to talk her up because I dont want her to become so busy with other patients " selfishly". She is amazing. Its hard finding someone who you can trust when your sick and you feel like actually listens to you. The staff is also wonderful and kind.
