The doctor didn't ask a lot of questions or explain what would happen after I got test results in 48 hours. Just told me to wait for results. Otherwise everyone was very friendly.

I was a walk-in into your Urgent Care with moderate eye pain. The staff was able to work me into the clinic. The entire staff was pleasant and professional.

The receptionist and the nurse were very polite. The facility was clean, and well managed. I was not impressed with the Dr./nurse practitioner. I have had better experiences with doctors at Kettering facilities.

I went there and had had a really bad cough since Monday. All the provider did was listen to my chest did not check my ears did not check my throat nothing. And she says well we know it's not Covid or the flu because you don't have a fever, not everybody runs a fever. I will never go back.

I went in for a UTI, everything was handled discreetly.

The staff at Premier Urgent Care in Huber Heights were top tier, providing professionalism, expertise, and geniune courtesy throughout my visit.

Disappointed that I had to have an appointment later in day. Website said walk-ins permitted, but when I walked in earlier, the receptionist said that it would be at least 4 hours. That is not urgent care, particularly with only a single person waiting in the waiting room.

Being able to schedule my visit made the whole process go much better as I did not haft to sit in a waiting room for a long-time while I was feeling pretty rough.

The staff & PA were very friendly and helpful. Got in and out in a very timely matter.

I was gratefully to be able to get into a cancellation- appointment time slot.

She is the reason I get my annual physicals, my colonoscopy that I was putting off, and my mammograms. I am so lucky to have found her.

Everyone was nice and I did not have to wait. Feel like my throat and ears should have been checked. Was told if not better in 2-3 days I would need antibiotics. Feel like provider should have went ahead and prescribed them so I would have them if I need them instead of seeing a provider again.

The provider I saw made her mind up before she even came in to see me. She didn't want to hear anything that I had to say. I didn't run to the Dr every time I get sick I know my body.

The only problem I have is getting refills on prescriptions. The doctor tells me one thing, then when submitted it is denied and it was sent to the wrong place. No explanation as to why. I don't think this is the doctor's fault, I believe it is whoever is in charge of submitting them. I literally hate doing most things online and I get confuse. Don't confuse the elderly.

Lora Kinner is the absolute best at what she does. I am so glad to have her taking care of my 3 kids and my grandson. She is so extremely caring, honest, and up front with everything. Her knowledge is amazing and she talks to us in ways we understand. She truly cares about her patients, and we feel very comfortable with her.

Having a nurse practitioner degrade a physician for being "old school " her words describing my physician is inappropriate. The complete situation was not understood nor did she listen to my explanation. She had preconceived notions of my issues where I have years of experience with my physician. I do not agree with that opinion being inserted especially at a time of vulnerability. This is NOT the first time I've experienced this at this urgent care. I do believe physicians have more schooling and experience than a nurse practitioner!

Professional, courteous, clean, and will definitely go back if needed.

Really appreciate Dr. Lora making me part of my medical care by fully explaining to me what she felt the issue was and how to approach should I not progress in the right direction

You are not treated like its a factory of 15 minute appointments as other facilities treat patients. I had a Covid test and it was negative. I really appreciated the care I got yesterday. I even got a Toridal shot to relieve my headache. I have the flu and I got immediate care and got some prescriptions to help me with symptoms.
