People here are friendly and professional and treat you with respect.

Everything about this healthcare system is compartmentalized. Therefore, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, in addition it is not the left hands job to know or do with the right hands job is. Because of this compartmentalization There is a communication breakdown between the nursing staff, the surgical staff, the cardiology staff, etc. it is a symptom of a much bigger problem, resulting in poor healthcare while you're in the hospital bed While there are some good nurses, good surgeons, good staff there's also some very poor staff. It's like when you have one bad potato, it will eventually ruin the whole basket.

My Doctor was a delight and staff was professional and kind. It's refreshing. Thank you so much.

While the doctor's visit went very well in general, that my prescription list was not reviewed required an extra effort on my part to have Rx's prescribed while in the hospital removed from my medication list so that I had an accurate listing on MyChart.
