They seemed kind and respectful, and the medical care was good.

The office worked well. Dr McCoy really listened to my concerns and gave me his full attention and plenty of time. Then scheduled the appropriate test and followed up.

I downgraded some of the scores at the end because the provider was over an hour late. Once seen, things were great, but my time is valuable too. Being over an hour late is unacceptable.

Dr McCoy is thorough and thoughtful. The regimen he has me on is controlling my problems well. I feel good.

The MA was very pleasant, setting a calm, stress free environment. Dr McCoy answered all questions thoroughly, making me feel like part of the health team.

Everyone is exceptionally professional ,courteous friendly and respectful.

There is to much duplicated paperwork. Why have me fill out a family history on line and then again in person?

I am most pleased with Dr. McCoy. He listens, asks probing questions, gives excellent explanations and answers to questions. He is through and is good at presenting both benefits and side effects of medications. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care!
