Professional and informative appointment.

The office was very busy and behind schedule, in addition it took 4 months scheduling out to get me an appointment. Despite this, staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. The doctor spent personal time with me and engaged in a two way conversation that was both informative, and without bias. They thoroughly explained the next steps and addressed all of my abnormal issues.

Great experience though waited 4 months for scheduled appointment.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Srikantha. He took time to carefully explain everything and carefully listened to what I had to say. I couldn't have asked for more from a first visit!

Pleasant staff Dr is kind and professional

The receptionists could be much better at Hospitality when greeting us as we come in. One window had finished up with a patient on her way to have a seat while the other window was checking in a new patient. They both let me stand there roughly 8-10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement at all. There was no communication between the two windows that I was just standing there. Sadly, I felt some kind of was about that

It took 3 months to get an appointment. Please add another doctor. The doctor I did see was wonderful.

Dr S is the best. While very busy, he takes time to answer all questions and actually showed me my detail CT scan with explanations about my conditions. He is an exceptional MD.

I enjoyed going to see Dr. Srikantha. He was understanding of my questions, gave me multiple explanations and options for treatment. He did not push anything on me, and I was comfortable during the visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Srikantha for anyone needing an ENT appointment.

It took 3 months to get our appointment but our regular doctor doesn't work there anymore and the doctor that took us was backed up from seeing all our previous doctor's patients. We didn't mind waiting that long, because we were very pleased with this new doctor.

I waited an hour in my room waiting to be seen. I have a hole in my nose and it was never checked from ! Yr prior to check the status.

They are always helpful and friendly. They always make sure that I understand any tests I have or questions about medication. The entire staff is always helpful and supportive. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to know their patients!

It is so difficult to get an appointment with any specialist. It is usually 3-6 months. Why is that? Is it nationwide or just in this area? Dr. brought an air of confidence and compassion.

My overall experience was excellent. I appreciate what Dr. Srikantha has done for me . The staff there was always helpful and cordial.

I had to wait 3 1/2 months to see this dr only to be rescheduled 3 days before my appointment which was ridiculous the dr. Seamed fine but yet to be scheduled for my upper gi to find out what is wrong ENT Dr had no idea and refered me for a upper gi waited almost 4 months for a nother referral.

Im very unhappy about my visit to MVH garage. I had no idea how to use free parking ticket . So I had to pay $5 fee. Im retired . Just give out a dang ticket. No instructions . Made me mad. Cut us Seniors a break !!! Not clear how to do this.

I would highly recommend Dr Srikantha. Not only is he highly skilled in his expertise, but he also has an excellent demeanor and comforting persona.

I really like the doctor. Also, while appreciate that unexpected events happen that can delay the appointment time, I think an hour is excessive.

The lady said she would call within 2 weeks to set up appt for the minor surgery when the Dr said she would call me in a couple days. Two weeks is too long to wait to " set up " appt for minor surgery. Two days,like the Dr said, would make sense. I didn't understand that difference.

Doctor Luxman Srikantha is a very good communicator and explained my condition in my view perfectly.

The doctor was really friendly and helpful and seemed very honest. I hate going to see doctors for anything but this doc made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

The doctor took all the time needed to explain the Inspire implant procedure, including the criteria needed for it to be approved by my insurance company. He took all the time I needed and did not leave me with any unanswered questions. He did not appear to be in any hurry to move on to his next patient, I felt really comfortable with this visit.

This is a very pleasant experience from the greeting to the goodbye. The doctor is very professional and friendly and there was about 3-5 minutes waiting time. He checked me, explained in layman's terms and took his time to make sure he had answered all my questions. I rate him a No. 10.
