I talked to NO Mackenzie about the possibility to see her for yearly appts. She said she normally sticks to uro/gyno appts but would see me for yearly but receptionist said she couldn't schedule a reg yearly appt with her. I also think it was a waste of my time to come to the office for this visit. It definitely could have been done virtually or even a phone visit. I had to be off work for almost an hour to travel there for a 10 min appt that was nothing more than questions.

I was originally scheduled to see a midwife, but was told Mackenzie was available the morning of my appointment and she had more knowledge on the subject of my visit. She was thorough and kind! I am appreciative she was willing to see me on such short notice.

I received exceptional care! Mackenzie Graham was excellent in communication and explaining procedures so well. Knowing what to expect along with her caring attitude, knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. She listened, and took much time which I think will help in having the correct solution for my problem. All the staff - receptionists, nurses assistants etc were kind and professional which is greatly appreciated.
