Madison is great. Very thoughtful and explains things very well. She listened to me and explained things to me so I could understand.

Too many phone calls and computer reminders

Maddie, as she likes to be called instead of Madison is a child. That's what you call a child by that nickname. She did not understand anything about this long-term ongoing problem I have and was not helpful at all to me. Not at all!. Don't wanna ever see her again.

very smooth appointment with direction to xray and mychart for results

Madison was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything very well and walked me through my MRI photos. I was very confident in the care that she provided.

Madison was professional, pleasant, and provided/discussed many treatments which gave me hope for pain relief. She did a thorough exam. She said if I needed to I could call and see her before my follow-up appointment if my pain or concerns worsened which was reassuring!

I loved Madison! Polite, explained everything, answered my questions, very polite, made sure I understood everything and listened to me.

We had an easy day just taking all my information that she needed to get everything started for everyone to come out and I do my therapy. Thank you. She was very helpful.

Nice, compassionate provider. Listened well. Answered all my questions. Thank you for this zoom appt. as it worked well, except video quality not good enough to see ibcision well. Could be because of my old laptop I was using.

The number provided to call for an appointment was incorrect. It took approximately four different phone calls over two days to get this straightened out. This was not the fault of the provider. This is the fault of the screwy scheduling system at Premier. Also, there were no directions on how to get to the office correctly which to me seems also to be a Premier problem. Apple Maps and Google maps gave two different results.
