I have enjoyed this office very much, The staff and doctors are always there for me and to help.

I'm very concerned about Dr. Steiner. I'm wondering if he might have the beginnings of dementia. Our conversations go in circles. I don't get answers to my questions. He seems to 'forget' what was said 2 sentences ago or what he was looking for in Epic. He has reported incorrect information to another of my doctors (minor). I'm also concerned for his patients because of this - myself included.

I had a good experience doing my first video chat with Dr. Steiner......I had never done one yet I hope that more doctors will offer this service when a physical exam is not necessary....it helped with my stress level to be in the comfort of my own home....he was very pleasant and thorough...thank you!

This was a video visit. After about 5 minutes our connection was lost and had to finish the visit by a phone conversation. Premier Health needs to do better with their technology!

We did a televideo....connection was horrible. Dr. kept fading in and out. We were only on for less than 10 minutes.

MyChart's videoconferencing app doesn't work with my phone. Why roll your own instead of using an established tool like Zoom or Google Chat?

He was polite on telehealth appointment. However not a good fit for me as a provider. Ultra conservative with how he provides care. Not a symptoms treat type provider. Strictly by the numbers on tests.

Everyone I had contact with was pleasant, caring and professional.

Dr. Steiner respects me and always offers positive feedback to my life and medical needs.

I don't like video calls. I was Dr. Steiner's first appointment at 8:00 but he didn't sign on until 8:15. Spent most of the appointment typing on his computer. I am not a fan of video calls.

I waited a long time in the per-op room before I was taken into the operatory.

I was not told coming into the office was still a video call.

This was a telemedicine appointment however, the staff has always been courteous and respectful and I truly enjoy my video appointments with Dr. Steiner!

Dr Steiner and his entire staff are always professional, kind and informative. Dr Steiner spends time talking about my issues and his recommendations for my care.

It is odd having a video visit, but it does seem to work. I do have trouble at hearing at times.

I do not like telehealth appointments. I was not told ahead of time that this would be a telehealth conference. The nurse who took the pre-appoinent info was kind and polite. I found it a little hard to hear and follow Dr. Steiner. If I make the effort to come to his office, I would prefer to see him in person. Having compulab on site is very convenient.

The Middletown Medical Group has continued to improve over the 15-16 years I have been a patient. Dr Steiner is excellent and the receptionist/billing is/are wonderful.

Dr Steiner has always been a knowledgeable, kind and patient physician. I always enjoy my appointments with him.

Dr. Steiner needs seem to be very very knowledgeable on the experience that my mother was having with her thyroid. He was very thorough on making sure she was getting the right treatment and blood work to be checked on regularly. We will definitely recommend him to anyone else.

It was a very good experience, the only negative being that it was a FaceTime meeting rather then an in person appointment.

I really like my doctors and staff that works here at Middletown medical group very professional very caring. Very understanding courteous wonderful staff God loving doctor's office very clean very big and nice attractive offices very spacious everything within reach the bathrooms close by all the staff members are very nice people here. I would recommend this Medical group care center to anyone who is looking for about doctors in America, that's what I feel because I've had a lot of doctors from other states that are nothing like they are here. Very patient with you. Everybody takes their time and no hurry. Very safe place to be in the area of Middletown when I come here and my Uber driver helped me out takes me to the door. They had to have a handicap button you push from the outside and when you get inside and vice versa, thank you for letting me provide my feedback on this wonderful medical care group that I love very much. I cherish every day that God gave me wonderful doctors here. Just take care of me and everyone else thank you again God love you God bless you forever.

Dr. Malcolm Steiner is always fully prepared for our meeting. He thoroughly reviews my lab work, insulin pump settings and records prior to our discussion. He provides on-point recommendations and information about new technologies to improve my health.

The staff are very kind and prompt! Dr. Steiner is very thorough and gave me good information about my current health status. I would recommend him to family or friends!

Dr. Steiner is a compassionate physician who addressed my concerns regarding my treatment plan. He reviewed my labs, and medications this visit. He also helped me better understand diabetes management.
