Mallory M. Hayes, PT

Mallory Hayes, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist based in Centerville, Ohio, specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, completed in 2015.

Mallory provides comprehensive care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including conditions affecting the knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle. Her clinical focus includes post-operative rehabilitation, fracture care, ligament and muscle injuries, sprains and strains, and injury prevention. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques such as dry needling, cupping, blood flow restriction, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise to help patients restore function and return to their everyday activities.

In addition to sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, Mallory treats individuals in a general outpatient setting, working with patients experiencing generalized weakness and balance deficits. She is committed to creating individualized treatment plans that support each patient’s goals and long-term health.

Mallory’s passion for physical therapy stems from her lifelong involvement in athletics. A multi-sport high school athlete and collegiate softball player, she began her career as an athletic trainer. After three years in the field, she pursued advanced training in physical therapy to expand her ability to support patients in recovery and performance.

Outside of the clinic, Mallory enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, attending baseball games, and staying active through sand volleyball and softball.
