Waiting room wait time was minimal. Check-In and Check-Out receptionists were very friendly and spoke with smiles on their faces (love that). Martha Bauman did not rush through my appointment and was patient, understanding and caring when answering all my questions and concerns. To me, as a patient, this is a great asset. She is a keeper! I thought my husband who has Alzheimer's a had our appointments with the same person but found out we were with separate people. Glad my son was with us so he could be together.. I thought we had scheduled together at the last visit. Have our appointments scheduled for the next visit .My appointment was scheduled for same person after his. I hope this works out.

Everyone makes the appointment pleasant and informative. They listen to your questions and comments. They always have an answer or find out what you want to know. I like being able to Email through their app from my phone if something arises between appointments.
