Every appointment with Dr. Ray is at least 15 minutes late. This includes an appointment at 7:30 am. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early so you have wasted 30 minutes minimum of your day.

Dr Ray and I are devising a plan of treatment for my glucose and my multiple myeloma.

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue and I have just been given the runaround between the provider office, biller and insurance and it is very frustrating. I hope someone can help me. It is very simple and I believe it starts with the codes assigned for the visit which is done by the office. -:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-: If this is not resolved I am searching for a new provider.

That i do not like to have to keep going back only for him to say i need some kind of test.it cost to much for testing at the hospital.we are on disability and i have canceled 2 because of it.it wasnt that i needed it it was just to see he said.. i cant aford to just see.If something was wrong id be the first to go but just to see i cant do that for now.

There is a stunning transformation at the Breiel Blvd location! The new renovation appeals to patients, and offers greater workflow efficiency through better organization and defined functions. The new blood clinic makes quick work of the doctor's request for blood analysis. The entire staff assists patients with cheerfulness and competency : ) They support the physician's directions well. To watch the teamwork in action, reassures the patient they are receiving good care. Dr Ray is a trusted physician who listens well and cares for my overall health. I'm grateful for his energy, expertise, and excellent care.

Even though I showed up early for my early morning appt, apparently the doctor was already running late. I had blood work done a few days prior (at the Compunet lab up the street) but they did not do one of the requested tests. I had to wait for someone to check with them to see if they still had my specimen which they did not so I had to have blood drawn again. When checking out I was confused about the next appt times (she told me opposite of what was on my After Visit Summary) so after getting home and looking over my paperwork again, I had to call back to the office to verify if the information was correct. I received a call to clarify the information. Frustrating.

Your only taking credit cards for payment now. Crazy that she would not accept my check for co pay payment. You will need to bill me and I will send the same check in for payment. Crazy I refuse to pay with a credit card. Dont hire people that you cant trust to handle checks for payment. I get not accepting cash but a check that is just crazy!!

Ever the hopeful, cheerful physician seeking to help and heal patients, Dr. Ray entered the exam room with a smile and warm greeting. Dismissing all that had come before that might distract him, his attention was focused on me. His wonderful and welcoming nurse, Jamie, had carefully listened to prepare the doctor for our interaction regarding my health status. Blood analysis was noted with cautionary guidance, and current symptoms were assessed with probable follow-up. Together, we agreed on a course of action until our next visit. I was listened to with proper concern and optimism for treatment going forward. This is a good & faithful partnership for maximizing my overall health . I appreciate Dr. Ray's experience and his desire to help his patients with solid knowledge base offered in a friendly and respectful manner. Thanks so much : )
