My only issue was that they did not contact me after my MRI. I thought they would call to schedule my appt but I ended up calling them after 5 days.

It was 40 minutes past our appointment time before the provider came in. It would have been nice if someone would have came in and told us the provider was running late. We thought they forgot about us.

Nowadays Dr. 's are very impersonal. Inclusive of the admin staff. Here's the Drs are personable, attentive and courteous. They are thorough and concise. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Not everyone can use My Chart. It would be nice to hear results on the phone for seniors.

The PA, Maryanna, is very professional, informative and knowledgeable.

While the doctors are really good here, and I have no bad experiences to report, the nurses who are supposed to answer medical questions or report a refill request are less than professional, slow acting and in one incident, snippy.

My only concern was a missed communication regarding a refill on my narcotic medication, a denial that I addressed through MyChart, and was ultimately reversed and prescription refilled.
