Dr Cavo's assistant was very kind and helpful, and very gentle in handling my arm. It was really appreciated. Dr Cavo was great, and answered all my questions in a way I could understand and was comfortable with.

The team is so friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, check in was fast and I was called back within 5 minutes. The PA answered all my questions, checked my hand, and I was out of there. Fast, friendly, & efficient.

Office was very efficient and friendly. Dr Cavo took the time I needed and answered all of my questions.

There was some confusion with the scheduling process. When I first scheduled my appointment, I was told it was to be in Tipp City on a certain day. When I looked at my chart, it was on the day that they told me it was scheduled for, however it was scheduled in Centerville. When I called back, they confirmed it was in Centerville and that Tipp City which is much closer to me would have to be booked farther away. When I arrived to my appointment in centerville, I had no idea where I was going other than the suite number. I parked at the main entrance. I walked all over that second floor trying to find the office. I went to the information desk, and they told me I was in the complete wrong side of the hospital and I needed to talk to a different information desk. I walked to the different information desk and they pointed me in the right direction. They were also kind enough to make me aware of the shuttle service. When I went up to the reception of the doctor's office, I was out of breath into which the receptionist asked why. I said I'm sorry I've been wandering all over the hospital looking for the office. They looked at me, and said we tell everyone to park in lot D, so I'm not sure why you had trouble. But it occurred to me, because there was confusion about the location when I scheduled, they never told me to parking lot d, because they told me the appointment was going to be in Tipp City. Also, when the medical assistant found out that I was from Miami county, she asked if I was aware of their office in Tipp city, which obviously I was. I just think that there could have been a little bit more care in Direction and scheduling and communication. The doctor was fantastic, and the ladies at the information desk were very gracious in helping me get back to my car.

Dr. Cavo is amazing. He fixed my broken right wrist a year ago. He did such a good job, he was my first choice for this year's broken left wrist. He made an extra effort to make it happen this holiday week. I can't thank him enough!!!

Dr. Cavo ordered an EMG and PT. The PT was an exceptional experience. It can't resolve my issue, but it did provide exercises and compensatory accommodations to make live easier. His office is well-run, professional, and pleasant.

Dr. Cavo and his medical student/resident completely understand my wrist injury. The treatment and suggested exercises will help a lot. It is unfortunate he will have drastically reduced availability in the near future. I'm concerned for all of his patients.

This is a great office!

After two years of pain , i finally found a doctor to listen to me and we figured what was causing the pain. Thank you so much dr cavo. I still may need a follow up or two but we are on the right path.

Waiting in an exam room 45 minutes to meet Dr. Cavo was not in my schedule yesterday. If he had an emergency to take care of l would understand but that did not appear to be the case. As to whether l will share his office with friends depends on how my upcoming surgery is handled.

My experience with Dr Cavo has always been very positive. From his actions he clearly has my best interests in mind and is always receptive to my input. My only thought is it would be great if somehow I didn't have to wait 1.5-2 months to get a ten minute appointment with him just for an evaluation. I'm comfortable with using online tools, sending pictures/video clips, or even video conferencing if that somehow to be incorporated to save time, for both me & Dr Cavo.
