We liked Dr. Doepker & trust that he will do a good job with my upcoming surgery!!!

The entire office and medical staff were so very friendly and accommodating.

They gave me the time that I felt I needed to understand my situation and short term plan. Longer term plan will be based on short term findings. While no promises given, I felt that they were going to give me my best shot. My anxiety level fell a few notches.

Great recommendation from my surgeon. Dr. D was thoughtful and thorough. He truly cares for his patients.

The medical assistant who took my vitals seemed angry.

Referencing was only rated a 5 because I do not recommend people places or things to others!

Dr. Doepker and his staff were great , and all of them answered our questions. They explained my situation in layman's terms , and I felt very comfortable with their plan of treating my illness.

Doctor was proactive in getting a blood test and scheduling another mri within 6 months. The mri I had previously had a comment to follow up in 2 years.

Personnel at entrance of building ignored me and made me feel unvalued No greeting Had to force girl at closest desk to give me information She saw me come in and she was not on phone but would not look up The girl at second desk was on phone so I went back and had to ask for information from initial contact This was not at my providers reception area but open area at entrance to bldg Not a good impression

The wait in the exam room was 35 minutes. 15 minutes is acceptable but 35 is entirely too long. They did offer an apology.
