Megan was lovely. She was friendly,understanding, empathic and thorough. This was my first time meeting her it was great.

I was quite frazzled that day and ALL staff were so patient, helpful, and accommodating.

Enjoyed meeting the new team that I now have.

Meagan and her staff are always very friendly and efficient. When I walk into the office, they always welcome me like a family member. The receptionist at the desk when I walked in was super nice. It's nice when you walk in to an office and the people that you deal with "like" people. ??

I felt like she was rushing and didn't have the time for me. I felt like she didn't understand the reason why I was on the medications I was on. I felt I was unimportant and a bother to her. Not sure if I'd like to see her again. I may try the nurse PA before I leave the practice I've been at for 25+ years

Great first experience, would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing care.

The PA's at this office are very professional and knowledgeable. I am happy they are an available resource often times when my PCP is not.

this was a physical for eye surgery by a physician not in your network. They provided a form on what needed done and she gave me a copy + sent the completed form to the surgeon.

The female receptionist that I checked out was very kind and helpful. The male receptionist that I checked in with could use some additional customer service skills.

It's always nice to be seen promptly at the scheduled time, rather than have to wait. I was seen right at the appointed time. Thanks for not having to sit around and wait!

My symptoms include low grade fever for over a week and fatigue. I suggested to provider I might have a UTI or upper respiratory. She checked throat and did a strep test which was negative. She dismissed UTI because I was asymptomatic, but my research shows one can have a UTI without symptoms. No treatment was offered. A day later I still don't feel well. I believe a urinalysis should have been performed. So, I will need to go elsewhere for another evaluation because my fatigue is not normal.

They did not inform me about all of the tests they ran before they ran them. I came in with a UTI and was told a dip test indicated a culture should be run. Provider did NOT inform me she was also testing for STIs as part of SOP. Provider should inform about EVERYTHING that will be tested for, so no one else gets the terrible fright I got when that notification title popped up in on MyChart. This is basic communication.

I didn't schedule my appointment, they called me and got me in the next day. Im extremely blessed and grateful for that.

The past 6 years I've had 5 different providers out of the same practice. First provider died and I was not notified of her passing, I found out when I called to make an appt. The next 3 left the practice, the first 2 I was not notified, I found out when I messaged about prescription refills. The most recent I'm extremely unhappy with. I was referred to Meagan Lovin by a friend's daughter that is a PA. I have already referred Meagan to a sister of mine that is looking for a new provider. I am very happy with the location, the atmosphere, and most importantly Meagan! She was wonderful, friendly, & very thorough. I did not feel rushed, uncomfortable, or anything negative!

Really loved Meagan! She was so kind and gentle with our newborn and did a thorough assessment! She listened to all concerns and was amazing! I really like her and she gave gentle parenting advice and it was very helpful. Not at all forceful. She respected our choices about our child. I would love to keep seeing her :)

Very easy to our primary care provider on short notice. Thankful she had time to see me quickly. Explanations of possible causes of my symptoms were well explained, including the reasons for performing a couple tests and recommendations for further specialists' care.
