Melissa always listens to my concerns and provides helpful advice. She is quick to respond to messages. She has a wonderful bedside manner.

My office visit was very good and was totaly satisfied with all aspects of the visit. It was both friendly and professional visit. I had several questions to ask and they were all answered in a way that was easy to understand. I have in the past and still do recommend this Doctor and staff to my friends .

I absolutely love Melissa Benham and all the staff. I was In pretty rough shape when I first came to see her, struggling with crippling anxiety and depression. She cared for me so tenderly pointing me in all the right directions to get well. I'm doing so much better now.

Nurse practitioner Melissa did an excellent job of listening and addressing my concerns. She was thorough, and I didn't feel rushed. I felt confident when I left the office that I had a plan in place to resolve my issue.

I have been using Springboto family medicene gor my medical needs since 1995 or 96. I have recommended this office to several friends over the years and i still do today. I feel that i allways receive the best care at this practice. The whole staff is allways friendly and allways have answers to my questions.

Melissa Benham is absolutely amazing. I am new patient at the onboarding appointment, Melissa checked my colonoscopy results and took time to make me aware of getting a follow-up scheduled ASAP (as it was way past due) and I am glad I did and the latest screening ruled out what I had before. YAY. All thanks to Melissa for the care she showcases by listening deeply to the prior results and drawing attention and for making it actionable.

This practice has a standard of care that includes the Medicare Wellness tests including an eye test, a walking test, drawing a clock and remembering 3 words. I asked my other friends who are also on Medicare if their doctors required this once a year. None of the four had ever had these tests administered. When I asked Melissa Benham about this, she informed me it is standard care for their practice. I am confused about why this practice requires these tests and other practices do not. Since I am a very active senior, I find these tests a waste of time and are somewhat insulting. My other senior friends agree with me, so I don't feel I am being overly critical.

Melissa Benham is the BEST! She is very thorough, kind and attentive. She listens to every complaint or issue and always tries to have a solution. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable.

This appointment was better than previous visits because she explained/clarified to me why I may be experiencing my current condition.
