I am disappointed that there was no follow up with my son's test results. I can see on MyChart that they are complete but I don't know how to interpret them. I tried messaging the doctor and got no response. I understand it's the weekend but he is still sick and we need to know what the next step or medication he needs to get better. A phone call or message would have been greatly appreciated.

Everyone in this practice is always super helpful and really nice! No matter if it's a question at check in to the doctors themselves if you have a question about your child they will listen and explain fully and they make sure you have all the information you could ever need and more in front of you before you leave . You do not leave confused if you just speak up.! They are also super compassionate and understanding be honest tell them your situations they are here to help us and it shows.!!

Can't say enough great things about Dr Prenger! She is so sweet and kind, doesn't make the visit feel rushed. Loved seeing her for my baby's visit today. Her med student was also great!
