Always a good experience

Dr. Dulan and his staff were excellent as always. We were greeted by each person we saw, very little wait time, felt we were listened to, all tests needed were able to be done there and it was easy to schedule our next appointment.

I schedule my annual physical each year with Dr. Dulan. I was seen by Dr. Dulan, his rotational Doctor, and had all of my samples drawn within 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Excellent visit!

It's great having a great family Dr year after year.

My issue was primarily with the gentleman that took my vitals prior to Doctor Dulan entering. He rushed thru everything and didn't listen to what I said. He was moving fast with not much regard for care.

I really enjoy talking with Dr. Michael Dulan. He listens to what I have to say and he also talks about normal life. He is a very good doctor.

The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. He provided a pamphlet on a test I am considering. He hade an excellent suggestion on finding a study that might interest me.

Dr Dulan persuaded me to get a mammogram despite my advanced age I'm so glad he did because the cancer was caught at the very early stage and easily removed. If I had waited, the treatment options would have been much more onerous. The erroneous advice that deems testing as unnecessary-citing the reasoning- slow growth-ignores cancer is fatiguing and complex treatments at later stages are emotionally difficult, time consuming and positive outcomes diminish.

Dr. Dulan takes his time with you and works with you on medication's and trying to balance what works best for your situation.

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr Dulan was down to earth and knowledgeable about my diabetes and medications.

Dr. M. Dulan has been our family doctor for almost 3 decades. I completely trust him with my family's health. He takes the time to listen, to educate about the necessary course of action and to have even the most difficult conversations. He is knowledgeable and current about the everchanging landscape of healthcare. He knows when medication is necessary but kindly guides me when a lifestyle change is the best route. He has never made me feel uncomfortable or demean my questions. It is obvious he truly cares about his patients. His wife is also an amazing doctor at their family practice. I cannot recommend their practice enough.

Dr was easy to talk to. He listened to what I had to say and explained it in an easy to understand.

Dr. Dulan diagnosed my sickness perfectly. He listened to my story of dizziness when I woke up at 4:30 a.m. He examined me and noted inflammation of my inner ear. He told me that I had Labyrinthitis and gave me a prescription that should clear it up in 3 or 5 days. I took the prescription as instructed, and within 3 days, I was secure. Dr. Dulan is an outstanding family doctor and one of the best doctors in the Dayton and Lebanon metropolitan areas.

Very good waiting area with enough space between patients. I only wait around 5 minutes. The Dr looks at me rather than just the computer. The medical assistant gets a vein every time. The Dr know and understands my medical history very well and remembers me .
