Dr. M. Dulan has been our family doctor for almost 3 decades. I completely trust him with my family's health. He takes the time to listen, to educate about the necessary course of action and to have even the most difficult conversations. He is knowledgeable and current about the everchanging landscape of healthcare. He knows when medication is necessary but kindly guides me when a lifestyle change is the best route. He has never made me feel uncomfortable or demean my questions. It is obvious he truly cares about his patients. His wife is also an amazing doctor at their family practice. I cannot recommend their practice enough.

Dr was easy to talk to. He listened to what I had to say and explained it in an easy to understand.

Dr. Dulan diagnosed my sickness perfectly. He listened to my story of dizziness when I woke up at 4:30 a.m. He examined me and noted inflammation of my inner ear. He told me that I had Labyrinthitis and gave me a prescription that should clear it up in 3 or 5 days. I took the prescription as instructed, and within 3 days, I was secure. Dr. Dulan is an outstanding family doctor and one of the best doctors in the Dayton and Lebanon metropolitan areas.

Very good waiting area with enough space between patients. I only wait around 5 minutes. The Dr looks at me rather than just the computer. The medical assistant gets a vein every time. The Dr know and understands my medical history very well and remembers me .

Blood work was ordered months ago and when I asked if the order was still in the system for me to stop to get it at the hospital I was informed that I could get the blood drawn at the office. That was convenient. What I did not like, was when the results came back there was a message that a RX was called in that I needed to take - and when I asked for other recommendations for lifestyle changes, seeking out dietary, exercise and perhaps supplements to go with or replace the RX I was messaged back to check Google, that I could find good info there. I really felt like that was a very poor response.

Overall the experience was good. I did however have to return to the office to have my lab work done because the the nurse was unable to complete the blood draw. My blood was finally drawn by the lab employee.
