Dr. Rabb is an excellent provider. He explained my treatment in terms that I could understand, was very thorough in checking my progress after surgery, and made I had a say in my treatment. He is very compassionate, kind, and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care.

I've had experience with this provider in the past and it was excellent then and is excellent now.

The building the office is in is very dirty. There is also a large issue with parking. Shouldn't expect patients to walk so far to get to the building.

I waited over an hour to be seem but as always, the reception staff, the nurses and Dr. Raab were amazing!!

The experience was good. Everything I said was addressed and taken care of. After two days, my shoulder pain was significantly decreased.

I am so pleased with him, most Doctors can cut you off while talking, and that can be a little frustrating, His staff is very Nice and also Patient while trying to get thing scheduled and set up. I wish the Dr would have looked at my shoulder and evaluated it. Instead the PA did the assessment. I wish I would have known that prior to the visit. All the Dr did was ask me my symptoms and give me a shot. He explained the shot, gave it to me and gave me recommendations. The Dr I scheduled to see did not assess my ROM or MMT.

Dr Raab consistently makes me feel as if I'm his only patient when he's in the room with me. Meaning I never feel rushed. He thoroughly answers all my questions and is good at giving me all the options of my care and of what he feels is best.

Dr Raab is an excellent physician in his skill, knowledge and care of his patient. He gives clear explanations and guidance and alternative approaches to the issue. I have recommended him to several friend and neighbors and they always tell me how happy they were with their experience.

Dr. Raab didn't order blood tests, but he did order PT for me, and I have that appointment scheduled. Thank you.

Dr Raab needs an ok from my PCP as well as CVP doctor in order to give me a cortisone shot. The assistant as well as Dr Raab said I needed to call the doctors myself. When I called the doctor's to get the ok. They said Dr Raab needed to send an email or fax to them requesting the ok. I shouldn't be calling. I felt stuck in the middle... I didn't like that at all.

I appreciated the staff, each one, introducing themselves. Dr. Raab and his PA were so willing to answer all my questions and concerns.

We had a very good discussion that included my spouse. Dr Raab advised I might have a potential medical problem that required immediate attention. He did so firmly but without undue alarm. His office made arrangements and kept us updated. He was not rushed and answered questions and allowed me self-determination.

Disappointed with outcome

Dr. Raab is a very kind and consider doctor. He doesn't rush you. Will answer all of your questions.

While the doctor and staff are wonderful, their time management could be better. I only had to wait for 1/2 hour this time, but earlier visits took a full hour before I was taken into the exam room.

Dr was very experienced and gave good help and advice

I think the PA came in to see me, he did not introduce himself, so I really don't know who he was. He thought I was another patient - called me the wrong name and had the wrong idea about what I was there for. He was very abrupt, did not really let me finish what I was saying or listen to anything I had to say.

Dr. Raab is so personable. He listens and answers all questions without rushing me. He is gentle when applying shots. (cortisone in joint). He is seriously one of the best.

One day after visit report, the diagnosis of incorrect states procedure was done on right knee and it was actually done on the left knee and also I'm not taking metoprolol which I mentioned so I don't know why it's still on my medication list

This was honestly the best visit to a doctor's office I've ever had! All of the staff--from the main hospital receptionist, to the Premier Orthopedics receptionist, nurses, technicians, as well as the doctor-- were incredibly kind throughout my whole visit and made my overall day amazing. The whole team was clearly very knowledgeable, experienced, and familiar with cases similar to mine, but they were able to "dumb it down" for me without making me feel patronized. They made good use of the tools available to them by showing me the X-ray images they had taken just minutes prior, which helped me understand my case more fully. I even got to brag to my friends about how Dr. Raab said my case was one of the fastest healings he'd ever seen (this is not exactly what he said, but I think I might be allowed to taking some personal liberties after experiencing an injury). Overall, I had a great visit and would highly recommend Dr. Raab and the entire staff to family, friends, and anyone else needing specialized orthopedic care.

Dr Raab is an incredibly kind human being and since meeting him for the first time, I have always told people if they need a hand guy, I know the best one. He takes my concerns very seriously and doesn't down play anything I tell him. Throughout this whole total knee replacement experience Dr. Raab had been very kind and professional.
