Excellent client services by staff. On time and in and out quickly. Eased my concern about the pain.

I was very impressed on how I didn't have a long wait to be seen. Everyone was really nice and got me through my visit in a timely manner. They were very informative about my injury and my questions. Very pleasant visit to a doctor's office.

Dr Prayson was friendly and answered all my questions. He is a great Dr. and was efficient. I had a broken hip and he did a great job repairing it.

Dr Prayson and all the staff answered all our questions throughly and professionally. Dr Prayson explained the whole procedure and the X-rays that were just taken. He spent the time to show them to me and talk about what they showed but also explained to me what I needed to do to complete my recovery

The staff at Dr Prayson's office as well as Dr Prayson are very good!

My only problem is the parking with people with disabilities. It's not really accessible when you have to drive over to the garage to park other than that everything was very, very good.

Fantastic office and staff

As at a lot of practices, the appointment felt very rushed. Dr. Prayson did best he could with the time he had. With him and in imaging I felt like a chart, not a human being. I had to request a script for outpatient physical therapy. What about the patient who wouldn't know to ask? Would they simply assume their treatment was done?

Everything was done with both courtesy and efficiency. A most helpful visit.

The nurse who took my staples out left one staple in my hip. I ended up buying a staple retractor and pulled it out myself at home

My visit was timely, xray staff, and all of the team were kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my concerns and questions. Dr. Prayson was encouraging and reassuring about my progress. I think I am in the best hands for a difficult situation.

The doctor explained how the injury is progressing and what I should expect over the next weeks until my next scheduled appointment.
