Dr Lee was wonderful. He was patient with me and listened and did not make me feel rushed at all. He is genuine and kind and personable. I really appreciate that and it means a lot.

The staff was cheerful and friendly. Dr. Lee took the time to listen to my concerns and asked questions about my previous surgeries. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. This was my first visit with Dr. Lee and the Gem City Surgeons. My first impression was awesome. Keep up the good work.

I arrived almost a half hour early. Even though I appreciate their readiness, I didn't even have time to fill out my paperwork before calling me to go back to be seen. I would have liked to have see the imaging of my gallbladder/gallstones from the ER ultrasound.

Dr Lee was very personable and listened to my concerns. He explained how the procedure would go in laymen terms and didn't rush through the consultation.

They are one of the best that I've been to. It was my first visit with them & they were kind, respectful & knowledgeable. Very nice office & staff!

I didn't feel the need for a chaperone while having a hernia exam. Maybe you should ask next time. It was very uncomfortable.

Dr Lee is very personable, he's very easy to talk to My husband even commented on how likeable he seemed compared to others!

This was my first visit with Dr. Lee and I was extremely impressed with the overall experience.

I owned a business. When I walked in I was met with a smile and such friendliness! I loved it! For once I didn't feel like the people actually loved where they work and they actually loved the doctors that they represent. The doctor was great, very up front and honest. This office is the best. When I left I felt happy and not depressed!!

I was nervous and thinking I was just gonna get sent in loops again because it was a worker comp claim but the ladies at the desk and the lady checking me in were amazing even though I wasn't, and Dr Lee made me so comfortable and confident in him and his staff. I haven't been to a doctor or hospital since 2010 and they made me feel good

Dr. Lee's office treated me with dignity and respect, offered clear explanations and timelines. While I haven't scheduled my procedure yet, I feel assured that I am in good hands and that I've been well-informed of the things I need to do pre-op and post-op.

Everyone in the office was pleasant My surgical team was pleasant and informative. Dr Lee there's nothing bad that I'd say about him. He's a nice doctor he's informative and he explains stuff to me to where I could understand. And I would recommend him If someone else were in my situation. All the nursing staff when I was in the hospital were all pleasant and professional.
