This provider didn't open my chart in the room or clearly before coming into the room. I am 36 weeks pregnant with a breeched baby and she came in, took my babies heartbeat and then measured my uterus and said everything looks great see you next week. I had to tell the provider my baby is breeched and that an ECV was discussed at my last appointment. So if I walked out of there and came back at 37 weeks, then the ECV would've been pushed back either farther out because the OBGYN is busy and hard to schedule with. Just unacceptable care. I know in my chart it says my baby is breeched because even my cardiologist mentioned it to me at my appointment last week. So clearly this provider never opened my chart and a huge mistake could have happened if I didn't speak up (I am a FNP student so I have some medical background) but what if someone with no medical background was in this situation. Just very disappointed.

I felt like the provider spoke over me and didn't listen to my questions. I referenced abnormal blood work and scans that I was concerned about and she was very dismissive didn't even review them. I'm really disappointed since this was a new visit with her and I've had good experiences with my usual physician at this practice. I just needed a sooner appointment because of my abnormal blood work (as recommended by my pcp) and that's how I ended up scheduled with her. I know there's a possibility the abnormality might not be an issue but it at least deserves being looked into to make sure there isn't a larger problem. I'll be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

The RN was absolutely fantastic. Midwife made me feel like I was an inconvenience being in the room with her. My history is not my fault. Sure my baby looks good, but my goodness, where is the compassion?

My urine sample results were not put into the computer and no one seemed to know what the results were. Kind of made my apt seem like a waste of my time. They said I could stop back in and leave another sample when I messaged in my MyChart asking if they had the results but I live an hour away that is not convenient for me at all.

I was told they are unable to schedule annual appointments one year in advance and that i could call about three months in advance to schedule my next annual exam.
