NP Mickie and her staff have always been nice, courteous and welcoming since I established care with their team. I receive prompt responses to MyChart messages, smiling faces at appointments, thorough checks and visits, my concerns are addressed and a plan is made! Scheduling can be a tad tough due to availability but that seems to be the general consensus for primary care offices these days! Thank you Premier Family Care of Kettering for being available, accessible and absolutely wonderful!

I love Michelle Adkins she genuinely cares about me I can tell because she actually was aware of me going to the ER and took the time to look at scans and read the medical report before my appointment and notified me of a concerning heart condition that nobody else had caught but her she is very good I've had a lot of doctors over the years because I've got some medical problems and they've all treated me like crap but she's actually worth it and has helped me figure out quite a few things I think I probably be dead by now if it wasn't for her

Practitioner Adkins is relatively new to me, but she seems to understand what I need as a patient. Don't dread visiting the doctor as I have in the past.

Great providers have full schedules so wait times are understandable to me as a patient. Michelle Adkins is a wonderful provider. I'm glad I switched from my provider in West Chester to one closer to where I live up here. I really haven't had great experiences with primary care providers and Micky was great. She was very knowledgeable, listened to all my questions and gave clear answers. I actually feel like this was a valuable appointment for me whereas I would normally just feel like the only benefit was getting my biometric results for my HSA incentive. I didn't expect her to have such good answers for some of my cardiac related questions and a couple of other health questions I had. You're really lucky to have her at Premier Health.
