Michelle Strizak is awesome, polite and personable, kind and caring, she's just a very sweet person. She's a Ninja with a needle, absolute painless poke. She's very skilled with removing stitches painlessly. Michelle is simply AWESOME.

All around good crew. I had a great time during surgery and all were so nice. Please stop using those automatic bp cuffs. Their parameters hit and then re-squeeze and are so painful that they are unreliable for accurate pressure readings. Maybe go to wrist cuffs or back to cloth cuffs. Thanks for listening

Michelle was very good at giving what could be very painful injections in the hand. She explained what I could expect with the timeline and how to best deal with the pain. I also work with all the Surgeons and I would recommend any of them to friends, great bedside manner and very professional.

We ended up getting an appointment within the time that we needed from the ER when I originally called there they told us they wouldn't take us. We had to get a patient advocate involved and all my original call. The second person I talked to there was very, not friendly But once I got a patient advocate and spoke with everybody everybody was great. There's a disconnect between your ER and the hand surgeon they tried to refer me to the wound center and they said they couldn't get us in until December 9

Overall, I had a great experience with this group. Everyone from the front desk to the Provider were all friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this group and appreciate all they did for me. They even made my little girl feel comfortable while I was there for bilateral injections for carpal tunnel syndrome. They went out of their way to ensure she felt comfortable during the injections and helped with distraction for her. Thank you all again

My family and I have visited Sonic many times in the past- This was the worst experience I have had.

Scheduling PT is challenging due to very limited resource availability.

I went to get my bandage and stitches removed first thing at 8 am. I'm embarrassed and wish I had control over feeling woozy and dry heaving at this visit :( but she took great care of me and didn't make me feel bad. She stayed with me to make sure I didn't actually pass out (lol) and asked someone to get me a sprite and pretzels. Sorry for starting off your morning like that! (but thank you for your kindness)

Follow up care instructions weren't provided. I was told I could live with my finger because after their surgery it won't lay normally. I was given last names to another team outside of premier to discuss my situation further. But no mention of why swelling was continued after two weeks post surgery. The illusion of care at this place is horrible. And it was costly.

Relaxing visit and informative

The PA and receptionists were great. The athletic trainer that I dealt with was very uninterested, didn't listen and didn't care about me or why I was there. She made me feel like I was putting her out by being there and had no clue which hand they were supposed to evaluate.

Everybody was very helpful and thorough.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. They took care of me quickly yet thoroughly.

Michelle Strizak paid exemplary attention to my comfort and safety. She offered to lower the stool I was sitting on upon noticing that it was a little too high for me. Later, after I commented on the stool seat being slippery and mentioning that I would like water (as she was injecting anesthetic) because I do not hydrate well enough going into situations like this that can be a bit traumatic, she had me move to the bench seat. The P.A. observer that was with her got me a bottle of water. This was quite peceptive of her to put me in a chair that would be less dangerous in case I fainted. She also, asked me repeatedly if I was "doing okay" throughout the procedure. I was, but I appreciate her care and caution. The only thing I would change is that I wish Ms. Strizak had given me more information about what pain to expect after the reduction. I was in severe pain for two days. I had not expected that much pain and do not feel I was adequately prepared for it or instructed what to take for it. On my own, I decided to alternate taking Tylenol and Ibuprefen, but a less experienced patient would not know to do that. Also, because the pain was so severe and unrelenting (despite the OTC pain meds I was taking), on the second day after the reduction, I called the office for help. Ms. Strizak prescribed hydrocodone with Tylenol. While that helped somewhat, I was still having significant pain. I called the office again, asking if I could also take Ibuprofen. To her credit, Ms. Strizak spoke with me directly, explaining that I could alternate the hydrocodone/Tylenol with the Ibuprofen. That did the trick and I finally had some relief. I only wish that I could've gotten that helpful information without having to make a second call. That being said, the staff and Ms. Strizak were very quick and responsive helping me when I called.

People at reception/check-out desk were attentive, responsive, low key. Waiting area was open and clean. Never had to wait very long. But Michele Strizak has always been exceptional. She is quiet and listens, attentive and responsive, most importantly has mastery of her area of expertise; knows what she is doing. Efficient without making you feel rushed. And I never fill these things our!

Long wait for the appointment, about 10 weeks.

This office could use some review. It was very disappointing and not a good reflection on your provider. There were too many issues clerically and clinically identified to document. My personal experience was very poor.

I was in a car accident 2 months ago and they just now got me in. The provider was very friendly but the staff member that took me back to the room should work on her people skills not the warmest person. Made me feel like I shouldn't be there. The receptionist gave me someone else's paperwork that I didn't realize right away I shredded it but I did not receive the exercises I needed.

dr.cavo did an awesome job on my carple tunnel surgery that he did on me while awake when other doctors refused to do it on me awake. i have no pain in hand now. its awesome!!! thank you!
