I was impressed with the staff and especially with my new family doctor!

Everyone who I came in contact at this office was very friendly. They seem to really enjoy their jobs. I am so pleased to have found Dr. Eakins. I feel it is important to have a healthy relationship with my physician and I have this with her. She listens to what I say and respects my decisions.

Dr Michelle Eakins explains my health in a way I can understand. She is very personable and makes me feel comfortable talking about my health. I trust her completely!

Dr. Michelle Eakins was running over an hour late and when she finally came into the room for the appointment was she was short, did not listen, distracted (on her phone) and very uncertain of treatment options and how to prescribe medication given.

I'm always thankful I chose this practice and Dr. Eakins. I've never had a doctor work so hard for me. I refer people to get whenever I can

Dr. Eakins and the staff at this practice are always polite and kind. Dr. Eakins probably takes more time with me than allotted but I greatly appreciate her ability to listen carefully and answer all my questions. The more I know about my own health, the better I can take the steps to live a more active and productive life.

I love my Doctor and her staff. They are amazing. They're courteous,respectful and caring. The offices and waiting area are always immaculate and welcoming. I finally have a Doctor that sees,hears and listens to me.

Dr Eakins has been instrumental keeping me on track with preventative health needs and explaining the "Why" about diagnosis/results. I don't feel rushed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time Dr Eakins was able to spend with me yesterday. I didn't feel rushed, and I felt satisfied that all my issues were addressed.

The staff are always pleasant. Dr.Eakins is a great listener and gives me options that lets me make my healthcare decisions.

Dr. Eakins is very nice. We really liked her. The receptionists aren't always so nice. One of them was watching a court video on her phone and didn't acknowledge us. She had it turned up pretty loud. Not very professional.

In the after-visit notes, CKD 3a is a listed dx. I do not have CKD 3a or any form of chronic kidney disease. In April 2025 my GFR was slightly low at 54 d/t not being hydrated for FBW. This was a one time abnormality; all prior & subsequent GFR levels are completely normal. The better dx would be ICD10 R79.89, other specified abnormalities of blood chemistry. BTW I am a retired FP physician and know my dx codes. I would appreciate the removal of CKD 3a from my problem list and dx's. Thank you.

This was a telehealth visit. I did go to Family Practice to give a urine sample, but I received the phone call from Dr. Eakins.

The office staff is friendly, but professional. Dr. Eakin is always very cheerful, supportive, not pushy about lifestyle methods of health choices.

Everyone should practice listening carefully to the patient before moving forward and speak slowly and clearly. In other words slow it down. Older people are hard of hearing so speak clearly.

Always have a pleasant visit & have any/all of my questions anawered.

The atmosphere at this office is professional, yet friendly. I always feel my care is in good hands with Dr Eakins and others involved at this location.

Dr Eakins listen carefully concerning my symptoms and devised a plan! She also responded through MyChart in a timely manner. On the other hand, the front desk check in could be a lot more friendly and courteous to patients! I was not feeling the best, but being kind with a smile would have helped!

Dr Eakins ran an hour late for my appointment. I wish the staff would have informed me instead of me having to go ask. And there were no apologies. I completely understand that situations arise that causes occasional setbacks, but I should have been informed.

I have been looking for a PCP who will treat me as a person, not just a patient. Dr. Eakins and her staff fit this profile. Professional, yet personable . I feel I am getting excellent care.

front desk staff loudly discussed their personal lives so we all heard them. Doctor seemed very distracted and was running late. I didn't mind that she was running late, but the time I spent with her was about 5 minutes. It was much quicker than previous appointments (wellness checkup)

Dr. Eakins is truly everything you hope to find in a doctor when you're on the search for a PCP. She is patient, pleasant, and attentive. Unlike other doctors I've had in the past, she has never dismissed or shrugged off my symptoms or concerns. She listens and asks clarifying questions and truly makes an effort to help her clients, even if the answer/diagnosis/problem is elusive and difficult to pin down immediately. Dr. Eakins is a wonderful, knowledgeable, experienced, caring & lovely Dr.; She took the time to listen to all of my questions plus thoroughly checked the areas on my body that have been problematic to and for me. She immediately sent in needed prescriptions to my pharmacy, as well as referrals to a local hospital for xrays. She also sent in a set of my xrays plus a consultation referral visit to a local orthopedic dr.; I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Eakins and her staff for my well-being!
