Receptionist who checked me out was great. Trying to check in is nothing but chaos. Don't know which window to check in people on phones people not at their stations. Need a system with lights green when available red when not.

Dr Denen has always provided superior care and treatment in the more than 25+ years I have been seeing him. I feel he truly cares about my health and welfare. I do not hesitate to ask his assistance and guidance ion any of my health issues. His staff is friendly and professional as well which makes for a great doctor visit.

The staff were very professional. I have been a patient with Dr Denen for over 30 years. He is awesome to work with. The office vibe has definitely changed. It did not feel as though the office staff cared about me being there. They were polite and respectful but not engaging. Maybe it will change for my next visit in September. Change is always difficult for seniors.

The staff ( MA, Receptionist,) you need to leave stable staff in this office instead of changing like I change my underwear! The group you have now, I would not pay you two cents for! They are rude, will not schedule appt when it is to be scheduled, they do what they want. Dr. Denen is a wonderful caring Doctor and does not need staffing that doesn't care about his patients! I have been going to him for years. I'm really going to hate it when he retires, because there is no Doctor that can replace this man.

We absolutely love Dr Denen for my baby! So much that I am transferring my older child to his care as well.

I was handed a patient profile to complete while I waited to see my provider. This could have been done online prior to my appointment and was not explained to me when it was handed to me. If doing it in person is the only method available a simple explanation would be appreciated. I forgot to schedule my next appointment as I was leaving and handed my paperwork to the front desk. I wish the person there would have asked me about it, but I do hold myself accountable. I wish I could do that online as well.

I'm lucky that I was actually sick when I arrived at the office for my yearly physical because Premier insists on unrealistic productivity from their physicians and so you cannot actually get in when you're sick. You have to go to urgent care. Sad state of affairs. Premier should let doctors like Dr. Denen and all the others do their job and stay out of it. The 'bean counters' that are shoving money in their pockets from all the 'non profit' action that Premier generates don't know the first thing about taking care of people.

Everyone was very kind. I love going to Dr. Denen's office. The receptionists were very busy. I appreciate their octopus skills. They should have eight arms!

Always a great experience even with medical anxiety

I called the office after my visit to ask about my bloodwork orders. Front desk picked up, I asked my question, she left to check something, but then I was on hold for 20 minutes, after which the line hung up. Tried calling back, couldn't reach anyone, so I had to send a message through My Chart, which is what I'll do going forward.
