Dr. Parilo was honest and positive about what I was doing right for my diabetes. I thought I was doing it ok, but he reinforced that what I was doing, I needed to keep doing it. He also commended my family physician for having a good plan to help me continue on this road of recovery.

Dr Parilo explains everything in great detail. Although he is compassionate, he is also honest and not an alarmist it's difficult enough when you have diabetes. The whole staff is kind and courteous, which makes it a bit easier.

Dr. Parilo is the best doctor that I have. He is very knowledgable and friendly.

As always, the most professional cleanest facility I've been to front desk, people and doctors staff and the doctor himself more like a close family member. I have 10 other doctors and that's not because I'm healthy. They understand when you come in you're nervous what else are they gonna find? They always keep me at these. That's unusual for me so I thank them every day for being there PS have a nice holiday.

My only difficulty was scheduling the appointment. I think the referral got lost. We called the office directly and received a prompt response.

I was confused about one of my medicines and I found out that I should not take it at all. Thank you Dr. Parilo. The staff is so nice and supportive, asking me about my life in general as I have been coming to the office for years. I do appreciate the care.

Great office!

I arrived early and was greeted by a staff member warmly, logged in and treated with respect and kindness. I was allowed to use the restroom after they checked my chart and gave me a bottle to catch a sample for the laboratory. I was called in to the exam room and saw the doctor promptly, who reviewed my chart and lab results and took time to explain everything. I was actually out of the office before my scheduled appointment time. Very pleased with the professionalism shown to me by everyone involved with my care.

From the time I made my 1st education appointment to the actual Dr. appointment I have been nothing short of impressed. Every interaction from the receptionist that answered my 1st call to the educators running the classes to the actual Dr. visit has been has been amazing. Everyone has been nice and not rushed. Always answers all my questions quickly and with information that is knowledgeable and in clear words that I could understand. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to the practice.
