Great staff always pleasant

It is always a good visit and always informative and helpful.

MA was better this visit, but I feel that she was not as warm, friendly and welcoming as she could have been. She seemed to be very knowledgeable, but did not seem to engage with us in a personal way. I think a smile and some welcoming positive greetings would go a long way.

The receptionist at this office is beyond efficient and caring. She's warm and goes above and beyond. The staff are all professional and knowledgeable.

Honestly, could've been an e-visit. My incision is healing well, and that could've easily been done with a videocall.

I had another appt before this one, and it was running late. I called and the receptionist was wonderful. Understanding and reassuring. Upon arrival, she was terrific at calming me and seemed glad to accommodate me. My appointment w Michael Snider was efficient but thorough and even though I don't see this practice that often, I feel valued. Capable and current in seeming to understand my situation.

I don't remember about being told how to get test results before talking with Mr. Snider, who explained everything very well.

I am trusting my life to this team. Need I say more?
