I had a great experience with Misty Manuel - especially for a new patient appointment. She was easy to talk to and listened to my communication/concerns. She did order some basic blood work to be done, and that was the only part I wasn't sure about. She explained several places where I could have the tests done - and how I could get my results - but didn't say much about scheduling it. I will follow up to determine how to schedule.

Misty is great but her team is lacking in that they sent an order to CompuNet WITHOUT codes so now I'm going to have unnecessary back and forth with my insurance because they won't pay WITHOUT CODES! I told Misty's team 3x where to send my scripts and they failed there too. It took a couple unnecessary phone calls with my pharmacy to get that straightened out. It would be great if you her team can do their jobs right the first time.

I am always treated like I am her only patient(even though she has a lot!). This is not the first time this has happened to me but, after waiting 20+ minutes in the room for the nurse to return to "dismiss" me, I walked out of the room on my own. I felt like I had been forgotten as there was no one around when I walked out of the room.
