All the staff were very kind & made you feel comfortable. Dr.was Awesome! Took time explaining everything & answered my questions. Made me feel comfortable about my situation.

When I called to make my 6-month surgery follow-up appointment, the person who answered the phone was confused and told me that the doctor would no longer be seeing me, that he was seeing "surgery patients only." I tried to explain that I was, and she reiterated that I needed to see an ENT at Southwest Ohio ENT and not Dr. Alwani. I asked if I could speak to his medical assistant. The medical assistant asked for my name and the purpose of my call; she relayed my message to the doctor. I received a call back and was scheduled for an appointment with the doctor. Dr. Alwani told me at the appointment that he would be seeing me every 6 months, and I am, in fact, a "surgery" patient.

Everyone is very kind and helpful at the front desk. Dr. Alwani is a true gem of a physician and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone that needed his services without hesitation.

Great Dr whole staff wonderful

Dr. Alwani is the best ! One of the best doctor ( bedside manner, expertise, follow up, a sense of caring ) I've experienced with doctors in my life time. I mostly use Kettering network doctors however for my cancer care I chose Miami Valley. All my cancer doctors at MVH are excellent.

The office is always quick to get you in and seen by the doctor. Never have I had a bad visit to this office.

Everything was explained to me in terms that I understood. I would recommend this ENT practice to others. Thank you.

I checked in via MyChart and pre-registered online...but still getting asked to fill out a registration form and going over my med list and allergies. What's the point of having me do all those things if the staff is going to ask me them all over again?! Doctor was amazing. He reassured me that what I'm going through was not a concern in his eyes but he also understands all that I have been though. He went ahead and ordered my test so I can 100% have piece of mind. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT doctor. The staff was kind, but again, I shouldn't have to answer or fill out paperwork of things I did online for the visit.

Other than waiting over an hour in the patient room, everything was very good! I really liked the doctor who was very kind and patient!
