Doctor was very condescending and dismissive

The entire staff is great

He doesn't call about test results unless something is found. My opinion, the patient should be called and the results explained.

Health care payment system does not allow sufficient time for Dr to spend adequate time to give a more thorough explanation of the health issue and treatment.

I arrived early for my appointment, and within just a couple of minutes I was able to start my appointment. The appointment went very well.

All was excellent

I wasn't happy having to wait 3 wks to get his approval for a liver biopsy. It took me following up to find out status. Medical care moves at a snails pace at Premier Health.

He did not listen to my heart/lungs no EKG was done he only sat at computer and dictating. Wish he was more personal or at least seem interested. Only information I got was when I ask questions.

The nurse was very kind. She explained what she was going to be doing and the next steps. She made eye contact and verified that I understood and had no additional questions before stepping out.

The doctor ordered an echo procedure for me, and today I was able to make that appoint for a time that will be convenient for me.

Nurse sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. I asked 2 people if the scripts were sent to Walgreens as I was suppose to start them on that day. They answered "yes". Scripts sent to WPAFB which I could not have received on that day. Pls own the mistakes, everyone makes them, no big deal

He is nice and freindly...but would like for him to.describe why and other tests being sent me for stead of me happening to ask . Once I asked then he explained. He was very freindly and professional tho thru the visit

Dr. Khalid listened carefully to questions I had regarding my medications as well as some symptoms about which I was concerned. He then carefully discussed and answered my questions .

There is something very. . intimate almost-- sacred that occurs in a doctor's consultation. Yes, there is the business of doctoring, the business of communicating and connecting with patients, there is the business of healing or / and treating the patient's cares and concerns. Once in a while, you can get past the business end of things and form a relationship. I've known Dr. Khalid now for about three years. This was the first time I recall where we've known each other long enough, to just have a social personal conversation that made me feel . . . at ease, just simply by asking, "how are you?" He was interested in what I had to say. -- and that builds trust and bonding. For whatever the reason you find yourself consulting with your doctor, a relationship of trust is everything.
