Natalie C. Neff, FNP

Natalie Neff, FNP‑C, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients of all ages. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Natalie is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

As a primary care provider, Natalie provides care for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, allergies, COPD, and women’s health needs. She also offers preventive care services such as annual physicals and treats acute illnesses. In addition, her clinical practice includes minor in‑office procedures and therapeutic injections.

Guided by a whole‑person approach to care, Natalie believes in listening with empathy and partnering with patients through shared decision‑making. Her goal is to build trusting, long‑term relationships while helping patients optimize their health and wellness at every stage of life.

Natalie chose family medicine for the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan and to support individuals and families through all stages of life with continuity and compassion. She brings a strong clinical background in neuroscience critical care nursing, which enhances her thoughtful, thorough approach to patient care.
