She reviewed my test results but only discussed one of the two concerns that were on the results. She seemed like she was in a hurry. The visit was not as good as ones I have had with her in the past. I didn't feel completely clear about the process. I am following up with another doctor on the part of the test results that she did not discuss.

Nurse practitioner was lacking empathy and compassion. I was treated like another number. She was blunt and rude. She dismissing my concerns quickly.

I am in pain and it is hard for me to do my job I need multiple surgeries.

The wait time to get an appointment was 6 weeks. I had three large bulging cervical discs. I needed to see the mri and I was continually told to use My Chart. I wasn't able to access my account until I spent a considerable amount of time with a my chart employee. This needs to be made easier so patients can access their medical chart. Thank you.

Notes from appointment had something on it that was not true about "denied....". I wasn't asked anything about the symptom and it could make a difference in determining my problems.

Natalie makes it easy to talk to and definitely knows her field.
