Olivia is a GREAT PA! She is patient, empathetic, communicates clearly and listens to my concerns. She has made my treatment and recovery very pleasant.

I did not get a good explanation of the pus-like substance that is STILL leaking from my suture incision 7 weeks after my surgery. I was told it was normal, but nothing I read says this is normal.

I would like to be seen at my appointment time. Because I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment as requested, I waited 35 minutes to be seen.

Appointment went very well. All questions explained well, and handled friendly and professionally. For the whole appointment, I felt like I was in good hands.

I felt that this visit was a waste of my time and the time of the friend who took me. I guess the visit was to let me know the results of the pathology report on the area of my surgery. I had already read it on MyChart and what she told me could have been relayed to me over the phone. She would not even have looked at the surgical area had I not asked for a new wrap for the area. She put a new gauze wrap on, but did not change the wound dressing.
