Every visit I've had has been great. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

long wait to see Dr. after nurse took my EKG and vitals.

The Dr. was very thorough and explain things so we understood what was going on.

Dr Muthappan is an excellent Dr. He is very patient and explains things very well.

We had to wait for the Dr in the 8 x 8 exam room for over an hour.

The staff and Dr Muthappan are always very helpful and thorough. I feel that I always get my questions answered in a manner I can understand. Great office!

The parking situation at this location has become HORRIBLE I had to drive in circles for 10 minutes hoping for a space to open, I finally found a spot a good distance from this location and had to walk in the rain . There certainly was not the same amount of people in that building as there were cars in the parking lot . Absolutely unacceptable parking situation Normally this location has been easy in and easy out .

I would like to rate Dr. Muthappan a10 out of 10 ! He is a great doctor & person

Excellent/professional/friendly service

Physician is excellent !! Nurse or Technician who took EKG etc. needs to improve. First, she could smile, a little, when greeting She should now, without being told, that you need the footrest up when on this table. I would have needed a pillow. all this I got, so far, by everyone who served as nurse or technician. She was not enough experienced, it took her very long to get the EKG, which usually takes only a few more min. she did it 3x as long. Everybody, so far, could take the EKG with my top just rolled up, she insisted I take it of, we agreed on just the arms off. She needs to watch & be told by others how to be a good nurse/technician.

Awesome doctor

This appt was a scheduled yearly. I have so many questions following this appt because of the recommendation of a drug that Dr Muthappan feels I should be taking. Have been trying to communicate thru MyChart but it leads to more questions.

Test is available at another hospital.
