I think they are really nice but there has been trouble getting my medication approved and I do not under why as all records are available from my previous provider.

First time to meet Assistant, profession and engaging.

I appreciated the quick explanation of the x-ray.

When I was filling out paperwork before my appt, the nurse came out to tell me that I would have a copay. I said I understood. She continued to say that this was not a doctor that was under the agreement with UD so I would have a copay. I said ok. After repeating this a few times, she asked what I wanted to do. I said I just got new insurance and I wanted to see a doctor. When I finally went back for the appt, I was told the same thing again. Again, I said that I was ok with paying the copay. At this point I am feeling extremely unwelcome and unwanted; not exactly how you want to feel at a health appt. I do feel like she listened to me and ordered bloodwork and gave referrals so that was good. When I was checking out, the front desk associate said that I was to come back for a follow up in a year and that the doctor said to make the appt with the doctor that has the agreement with UD. It is one of the worst feelings to have your doctor and their staff make you feel so unwelcome/unwanted. I chose her because she is a woman. In the past I have been more comfortable with women doctors than men. The doctor that she now has made sure I will see is a man. I appreciate the healthcare that I received but I did not appreciate the fact that I left there with the feeling that a doctor and their staff (who don't even know me) did not want me there. I understand they just wanted me to understand that I would have a copay. I really left this comment in the hopes that they are a little more sensitive about how they approach someone about the possibility of a copay in the future.

Paiton was great! She listened to my concerns, answered my questions patiently and gave me a clear course of action for each of my issues. I was very pleased. I didn't feel rushed and she was very thorough.

Paiton is always friendly, well prepared and thorough. On a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 12 or 13.

The PA was very nice, but I still don't think that she understood. What I was quite saying about my condition. She explained some things and recommended Tylenol. I had questions concerning my thyroid, and I really wanted to have a blood test done for this. But she did not recommend it.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, caring and informative. A wonderful Health Facility.

Very impressed with first time team medical investigation and appropriate inquiries. Several insights were selected with more focus and potential future investigation. Family histories were informative guides.

Provider wasn't there. Appointment was at 7:30am. Wasn't until 7:50 until they finally told me she wasn't there. They gave me 2 options; either wait 20 minutes for her to arrive or message her through MyChart for my appointment. If she's on her way there, wouldn't that be texting while driving. I don't want to be anybody's accomplice to a crime and a major road safety violation. I just feel like they should of told me all of this before taking my vitals and bringing me into a room. Wasted my time and very unprofessional. Would rather see my actual doctor instead of a PA for now.

My son came in for his first visit and got an HPV vaccine,his second dose, unfortunately he's one of the very few that has a reaction to it. The doctor and the nurses both acted so quickly and took such good care of him that I can't thank them enough! I appreciate all they did for him, me and my daughter during that little scary situation that we didn't know what was going to happen. I'm grateful they were there and they explained everything and let me know that he was going to be OK. They didn't have to but they did they went above and beyond for my family and my son and I'm eternally grateful for them because that was a very scary situation. I will recommend them to anybody I can. I don't know of anybody better that I trust with my kids other than these amazing ladies I just got a chance to meet the other day. Thank you for being awesome and thank you for continuing to call and check on him for the last two days and showing that you care. I appreciate each and every one of you in that office and I will not be going anywhere else. Y'all are amazing.

I like the time spent with the patient and the assessment which was longer than 15 minutes thorough and covered all my concerns.

Paiton was very thorough. She had apparently researched my medical history and referenced a echocardiogram that I had in 2005. Her explanations were in easy-to-understand layman's language. Excellent!

I brought an additional concern regarding weight loss, which I believe may be the cause of pain in my feet. However, I was told to come back in 2 months to discuss weight loss options.

I saw the new P.A. and she was great! She was not in a hurry and listened carefully and was extremely knowledgeable.

In my MyChart I am unable to send messages to this new Primary Care Provider. I have the option to message other providers in MyChart and like to have this option for follow up questions, etc. I currently have a need to ask for an in insurance pre-authorization. Can the messaging option be turned on for my PLP Paiton Brueckman at Primary Care on Brown Street in Dayton?
