Great office appeal. Comforting and soothing. Staff excellent.

I only need to be notified one week before and a few days before my appt. I was notified in 2 weeks = 2 calls, about 7 texts. To call if I couldn't make my appt. You need to be able to reply yes, and no more contact? Phone calls or text! None It was over kill

The receptionist is never a polite person. She never smiles or ask how are doing? She did not listen when I tried to explain to her to make sure she used the correct billing address for my insurance. She wouldn't look at me when I was trying to explain this. She didn't even ask if I had new insurance I had to tell her. When my husband came for his visit at the first of the year she didn't ask him either about his insurance so it got billed to the incorrect insurance and I had to call your billing office and straighten this out after we received a statement. She should always ask for your insurance card and scan it into the system. It may be the same insurance but the group number maybe different because they picked a different plan so the billing address is different. I know this because I am a billing representative for another company. I was very tempted to help an elderly man that day because she was not explaining to him about his insurance correctly and he was totally confused. Sorry but you need to know about insurance and also how to explain it to your patients. I love my provider and his MA that is the only reason I visit that office.

The receptionist made me a little bit uneasy due to her constant cough and her not wearing a mask. I did make a remark to her about it. We passed quite a big of paperwork back and forth (more than usual). The visit with my PCP was great.

Dr. J is a knowledgeable professional who listens to his patients' concerns, which is crucial, since I feel heard. He is caring and tries to consider his patients' preferences when prescribing medications. He is well informed and knowledgeable regarding current health trends, and makes an effort to encourage me, as a patient, to be proactive regarding my health, including diet and exercise. I never feel rushed during the visits. I appreciate having Dr. J as my PCP.

Dr. Jennewine is always running behind schedule. I've waited as long as an hour from my appointment time to see him. I know he takes time with his patients, but the waiting time is not good.

The reason that I didn't get an appointment when I needed it, that last year I failed to request an appointment for my 2025 visit. I assumed that the Dr. set it for me.

Even though I did not get the message on My Chart from Dr. JENNEWINE, he did explain to me what that message sent but waiting for almost 3 months for that answer was stressful....he is not sure why i did not receive what he wrote back to me on My Chart but it was something I hope never happens again.

Doctor and staff are great. However the wait time is way to long. You get to room fairly quickly. The nurse gets information quickly but then your left to WAIT. Doctor gets to you in approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

When I received a email about my appointment, I am asked to answer questions about my medication I do not know what they are for or if I still need some of them. Sometime or how to pronouns them. I sometimes think that you know medical name's or what I really need.

Had to wait about an hour before seeing the doctor. However he apologized for the long delay,. He indicated he had some patients before me that had some real issues.

Dr. Jennewine was running almost an hour late. But the better doctors do run late. That means they spend more time with each patient than just the allotted 15 minutes. Dr. Jennewine spent a good amount of time with me. He asked questions, truly listened to me, gave me options, gave me suggestions and truthfully cared. He did not rush me nor did he seem to be in a rush. I enjoy my visits with him & I appreciate the time he takes to address all my concerns.

Dr. Jennewine was updated my record. I submitted my patient survey, however, not sure that he saw it as we did not discuss anything about others telling me that I have sleep apnea, yet not sure where I need to go to get tested.

MY appointment was for 3:15 pm but told to arrive 15 minutes early. I was not called back until after 4:30pm and than waited another 10 minutes in room. When called back I was told he was running late. I understand that an emergency can happen but there is always a very long wait that my husband and I both have everytime with Jennewine. He is a very pleasant and caring Doctor but what is the problem.

I love my provider and the staff that work in the office. I was provided information about my test results and the provider took time with me. The only negative about my experience is the wait when you have an 8 AM appointment. I waited 50 minutes to be seen. My time is valuable too. I did discuss that with the physician.

Dr. Jennewine listens to you about your problems and works with you to try and solve them. He tells you what he thinks and explains them so you can understand what he means. He cares about you and trys to keep you as healthy as possible.

Dr. Jennewine is the best proveder I'v had since 1975. H's essy to talk to and doen't talk down to you like some others. Would recommend him to anyone.

Scheduling an appt with this provider is a nightmare. You can't get in to see him for at least 6 weeks or better, unless you agree to see his assistants.

I always get answers to all my questions. Everyone is helpful and very caring.

Dr. Jennewine looked at my ear and said it was not what was told to me by another doctor and I should see an ENT immediately, which I did. They took a biopsy and determined it was not cancer, and not eczema as I was told. It all turned out okay and treated. I was glad that at my wellness exam Dr. J took a look at my ear when I asked him to.

My answers were yes definitely and more as I had some concerns about tests. Dr Jennewine was more than gracious to answer my questions and explain some things. I will say I went home much better than when I went there.
