I sat 40 minutes before my appointment being 10 am rather than 9:10 am was acknowledged by receptionist. Did leave and when returned was told that my name was called as soon as I left. Medical Center did call my phone, but I had turned it off, as office visit courtesy. Totally miss communicated. Next time I'll check better and not wait so long.

The doctor's assistant made me feel very comfortable and it was easy to talk to her about any problem I might have been having.

I can't begin to express how amazing Pey has been. After having a complete thyroidectomy after a cancer diagnosis, I was the sickest I had ever been...until I came to pey. She has given me my life back. She listens and has developed the best plan of care for me. I hope I never have to find another endocrinologist because there are very few good ones out there.

You all our great. When you refer a patient to another Dr make sure it is in net-work it's not my job to call and read all of the card! I got stuck with a 1000. Dollar bill cause you all didn't read the complete insurance provider name on my card so when you called they said yes cause you just read off the name not the plan!!!

I think the entire staff at the facility was pleasant & kind. The updates to the building and renovations done are beautiful and made the interior office feel much more comfortable and clean. The front desk group were all polite and greeted me immediately and had a friendly presence. The MA who roomed me for PA Pey was thorough & efficient and very caring. PA Pey was very professional, was very attentive when listening to my concerns and was open to discuss all options for care and treatment. She helped navigate many questions and concerns I had after my video visit earlier in the year with the physician and I felt like I had a better understanding of my medical needs. She is very intelligent and doesn't make her patients feel rushed & makes you feel you're personally being cared for.

Pey is the reason that I stay with this practice. She is wonderful.-she's kind and empathetic and really listens She includes you in making decisions about your treatment. The other extremely pleasant part of this visit is Janice at the front desk. She remembers your name and details of your last visit. She is a joy.

My experience with Pey Shan Kuo was excellent, but I was disturbed by something that happened in the waiting room. Another patient asked when the doctor would see him for his 3:30 appt (it was 3:50pm) and was told - very nonchalantly - that the doctor was still with his 2:30 appt, that there were 3 people ahead of him and that it would be another hour. When the patient said that this happens all the time and that he'd need to reschedule, the staff was surprised. I would never want to see a doctor who disrespected my time so much and the handling of it reflected very poorly on the practice and front desk stuff. If recommending the office, I will definitely now recommend that friends only see my doctor and pa.

The staff is wonderful very informative. Make sure that you understand anything or if you have any questions they are there to answer them from the front desk to the time you check out everyone is wonderful clean facility.

Assistant was so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I usually have white coat syndrome. But I was ok.withh er. Better than I expected. Will do a follow up with her.
