Dr. Vyas is what a family physician should be and most of his colleagues have forgotten about. Everyone should be so fortunate to have a doctor that still takes a very personal interest in his patients. All too often OTHER doctors treat everything as just a business and it shouldn't be that way. Health is one of life's non-negotiables and is something that should be a very personal relationship with your family physician (more than just dollar and cents) and Dr. Vyas is as good as it gets in my lifetime experience. Premier is very fortunate to have him and should take cues from him.

They provide outstanding medical help to our family and have for many years.

The ladies in the front office can be more friendly.

We had a small problem with the qty of pills but I talked to the dr and he straightened it out the same day. Unfortunately his nurse didn't want to listen to me but she did put me through to the dr as I said he fixed the small problem quickly.

I finally got the diagnosis that I thought I had 3 years ago. I seen the signs and the blood work showed but it was always no that's not the diagnosis. Then this appointment he finally said what I had.

Have the people who call you to know the correct information. I was told it was a yearly required physical by Medicare. Medicare does not require these! You

The virtual visit was useless. The audio didn't work. Dr. Vyas could see and hear me, but I couldn't hear him although I had my audio on and turned up. It seems like the problem was on Premier's end. Worthless. We just looked at each other and signed that it wasn't working. Finally, he called me on my cell phone, and we conversed without the worthless video. Just call me and we will talk. Maybe someone is getting paid for the virtual but can't charge for the phone call?
